First time here in awhile and it was a good experience. Jesse the manager and Justin were so kind! Our lane had some issues but they were able to accommodate. Nina our waitress was also pleasant. Sundays are busy so I definitely recommend a reservation.

Lanes are consistent and great for practice, leagues and tournaments. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is also an excellent pro shop on site (Bruce and Alex- National Bowling Store Express), that we have used for years and highly recommend.

Plenty of lanes, good drinks, decent food, one pool table and you can play bid whist on Sundays by the bar. Family friendly and bathroom cleaned several times - I’ve never seen an issue here, nice place!

This place is really big. Plenty of lanes for a large crowd. We happened to go on a Monday which seemed to be league night and still got in immediately. We rented shoes and used their balls. The shoes fit well but were reallllyyyyy slick. We had one of us fall into the lane. The balls seemed to be decent quality for amateur bowlers. we did not try any food but it looked more elevated of a selection than the options we have at our local bowling alley. Overall, good experience but nothing out of the ordinary

Pricing to me, is too high. $11.99 on Sunday evenings and I own all my equipment, would cost more if I didn't have my own bowling shoes... Bowling lanes are nice, scoring equipment is up to par but not the newest bowling tech out these days. Good food and drinking area. Staff is nice and professional. Pro shop has knowledge related equipment. Still one of my favorite places to bowl because of the nice lanes...

This is a great bowling alley. The staff work very hard to keep the facilities and floors in tip top shape. The entire place is super clean. This is an alley where the staff are really dedicated to the art of bowling. So are a lot of the patrons! Bowling here really feels like being a part of a bowling family. As my friend says, it's a "great league house." And it's welcoming to everyone. The prices are very fair on both bowling and food. The staff are super helpful and kind, as well as hard working and eager to please. The food is quite tasty and like I said, the prices are great. They also have an excellent pro shop. Miss Wanda is an absolute gem! Even though he'll probably not admit it, Dennis is a local legend. When you go to the alley, make sure you meet him, because he simply elevates everything. Whatever level of bowler you are, go ahead and pay them a visit!

We had a girls event here to have a friendly bowling gathering. We were treated really well. It was a very nice experience with my girls and the employees. Linda was really nice and was patient with us trying to converse and figure out what we wanted to eat. It was nice fun.

It's been years since I've been bowling and I must say it was so much fun. My family and I reserved the New Year Eve package and everything went. From walking in the door we were warmly greeted by Joyce and the manager Dennis. Our hostess Linda was absolutely amazing. Food was good and we'll definitely be coming back.

My bowling experience was great. The only reason I don't rate "this" visit as a 5 star was because of the bar service. The server started off good. Then I had to ask for my card back. She was presenting like she couldn't fund it. I saw it in her apron. I pointed to it and she gave it back. Then the same server acted like she didn't serve me when I was trying to close my tab. The crew ignored me until I had to start raising my voice a little bit. The manager fixed my tab and discounted me one drink for the inconvenience. So definitely be mindful of your bill and your card.

We had a great time at Bowlero Austell. It's very nice inside, but unfortunately you'll always have customers who makes the bathroom nasty. That needed better attention. On some lanes the balls got stuck, I don't know if that's normal. Also, make sure you don't step over the line because even if you get a strike, it won't count. Overall I would recommend it. It's family oriented as well.

What an experience! To start the booking process with Marissa was exceptional over the phone she definitely set the tone and expectations for my visit. Jason at the front desk greeted our family with a smile, went over everything with me before we started and provided top notch customer service throughout our play. Rosie our server was on point all night! Very pleasant, attentive and efficient. We never had to look for her, she had all orders correct and most importantly the bills were exactly as ordered. The pizza and pitcher combo is a win win! We will definitely be back!
