Lots of lanes, clean, fun and great customer service! Kaylee went above and beyond, she gave us extra time to finish our games! Will be coming back again for sure! *edit Came back again and great service! Jeff went out of his way and got us pitchers of beer even when they did not have a bartender. He was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with!

We recently found out Jeff moved to this center and we are glad we did as we are league bowlers at this center. He needs to be scheduled with our league more often especially come fall as he knows how treat us and the leagues. It’s a breath of fresh air to have him at this location.

We had such a wonderful experience hosting my husband’s 40th birthday party at Bowlero Glendale Heights. Margaret and her staff truly went above and beyond to make the day special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so kindly, and all of our guests felt just as welcomed. Margaret made the entire process feel smooth and effortless. She had everything perfectly set up, kept the food coming without us ever needing to ask, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The event flowed so nicely and we never felt rushed, which made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. They even had all the little things covered, like utensils and a cake knife ready to go, which we really appreciated. Everyone had such a great time, and I’m so thankful for the care and attention they put into making my husband’s party so special. Bowled here a few days ago with my wife and had a great time overall. Our balls got stuck at one point, but one of the younger mechanics was quick to help and very friendly which we really appreciated. The only reason for taking off one star is that the food is pretty overpriced.

I am came here for New Years Eve and the bartender working that night ( I believe her name was Kayla?) , was so so kind. She made me a few drinks and we talked a couple times. I’m just writing this to point her out specifically because she was very sweet and personable!

Had our daughters 5th birthday party here and the kids had a blast. We had 3 lanes, purchased the unlimited package and the kids all recieved an arcade game card in which we made those their goodie bags. The lady putting out our food was nice and we never ran out of things. The women at the front counter and the arcade counter where friendly. The place was clean and well organized. 10/10 experience for us! Thank you for helping give our 5 year old, "the best birthday evaaa!" <--her words.

Had a fun time at Bowlero Glendale Heights. The lanes were clean, the equipment worked well, and the staff was friendly when we checked in. We ordered a couple of snacks and everything came out quickly. It's a good spot for a casual night out with friends, and the atmosphere feels relaxed and easygoing.

Never fail to have a great time here (as long as I don’t bowl sub-100, then all bets are off). Great lanes and above average snack bar fare. The staff are all friendly and helpful, but big shout out to Kaylee, the hardest working woman in bowlbizness!

We had a good time. The customer service was tops, very nice staff. My only complaints would be is there is only one bathroom located at the furthest point and the shoes hurt my feet, but guess they don't make them like they used to.
