I gave 5 stars from mine & my family experience! My family had a great time & was full of laughter! I ordered food which was really good. The lady at food services named Alexis needs a raise! My wife told me to say that lol she definitely had us laughing the whole time & made us feel at home. Thank you everyone! We will be back!

I always have a great experience at Bowlero Lancaster. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The leagues are well organized, fun, and rewarding to participate in each season. Whenever I’ve come across an issue, it has been addressed quickly and effectively, which shows the team’s commitment to providing excellent customer service. The center is a great place to bowl, compete, and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my son Matteo’s 17th birthday at Bowlero Lancaster, and I was truly impressed. The reserved party area was beautifully set up, with a great layout and even a lighted sign that made the celebration feel extra special. Karina was absolutely amazing—so helpful, kind, and professional from start to finish. I also want to recognize the manager who assisted me the day of the party. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she went above and beyond. I had an accident that morning and couldn’t attend in person, and she quickly worked with me through video call to verify my ID so my family could still enjoy the celebration without issues. That level of care and understanding meant so much to me. Bowlero Lancaster made Matteo’s birthday feel special, smooth, and memorable. Thank you to Karina, the manager, and the whole team for such wonderful service!

Our first visit with kids. Lanes were all booked but we had a blast in the arcade. Super grateful to Sharold for being so great and kind with kids and ensured fantastic service. We they had a fun time binging on pizza and bites. Will surely return.

Alley sampler was a good sampler platter, pizza isn't too bad. Quiet place to play pool. Arcades are fun, little vending machines to turn your tickets on your card in for prizes instead of a counter.

My Hubby and I came in earlier for the 3 game special and some food, and I just want to say that everyone exceeded my expectation! Alexis in the food court did exceptionally ! beyond what we expected. she made us feel welcome and kept a smile on her face dispite us taking forever to order lol. Dawn i think her name is at the front desk did exceptionally as well! thank you everyone we will be back!

Let me start by saying that the establishment has undergone substantial updates since I last visited as a teenager. Although I have a stronger affinity for the cosmic bowling experience from my teenage years, which boasted more elaborate lighting and a greater aesthetic appeal, I was pleased to find the environment to be impeccably clean and the staff to be extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The staff alone makes a visit highly worthwhile. 9:30pm-11:00pm on a Tuesday night Sept 16, 2025
