Recently held my daughter’s birthday here, and there just aren’t enough stars to represent how exceptional the experience was. Gabby in their sales office made the entire preparation experience super easy, and Rose in the Lowell location was an absolute dream assisting us the day of the party. The level of customer service from booking to the close of the party was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things. From great food to an unforgettable experience for my daughter, we would recommend Bowlero to any and all parents looking to host a party. It was an incredible experience, and we sincerely look forward to returning again.

Bowlero (formerly Brunswick) is a great family friendly bowling alley in the area. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We visited on a Sunday morning/afternoon and it was pretty quiet. On Sunday's from 11am-1pm they have a good unlimited bowling deal which is very affordable. Overall great bowling alley in the Lowell area!

We visited on a Monday night, and while I understand weekdays can be tiring for staff, it seemed like there was only one server handling all the tables. I want to be clear that this is not a complaint about the server at all. They were doing their best and working very hard. My concern is more for the management. On a busy night with so many tables full, having just one person serving everyone feels overwhelming for them and affects the overall experience. It would really help to have more staff scheduled during such times. That said, it’s a nice place-we had a great time with family, enjoyed bowling, and the food was really good. I just hope the management considers better staffing so both customers and employees have a smoother experience. Thank you for understanding.

I was there on a weeknight and the bowling alley wasn't overly crowded There was a calm energy at the place. The Young Lady at The Bar was Nice and made me feel at ease. I was Blessed To try the double cheeseburger and fries. The Chef that cooked the burger knows what type of seasoning is good on a burger and the meat wasn't dry. The fries were seasoned with the right amount of salt. I'm thankful for the kindness that I was shown there. CHRIST BLESS The employees at the Bowling Alley Bowlero at Lowell MA.

Nice service, friendly staff. Bowling line stopped returning bowls twice for the hour we spend there. Has to call front desk to get the issue resolved. Did not get food or drinks. Great place to bowl with family and friends. Can get little crowded on Sunday afternoon.

We celebrated my son's 15th birthday at Bowlero in Lowell, and it was absolutely amazing! He and his 9 friends had such a blast bowling, playing in the arcade, and enjoying all the unlimited food and drinks that came with the party package. As a mom, I felt completely stress-free—the staff had everything handled from start to finish. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and made sure the kids had a great time while I actually got to relax and enjoy watching them celebrate. Every detail was thought of, from the setup to the cleanup, and it made the day feel effortless. Highly recommend Bowlero Lowell for any parent looking for a fun, easy, and memorable birthday experience!

Making reservations online for the same day we’re super easy!! We did arrive early and were able to get a lane right away. Our server Javier was nothing short of outstanding. He was quick to take our food & drink orders and made sure everything came out in a timely manner. We were even greeted with a nice card at our reserved table from the general manager Denise. Would highly recommend for a date night.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Strike after strike (almost)! Had an awesome time here! The staff were super friendly—like the kind of people who’d cheer you on even if you roll three gutter balls in a row (ask me how I know). The lanes are nice and smooth, and the food and drinks are way better than you'd expect at a bowling alley—nachos that slap and margaritas that hits the spot. Also, everything was clean, which is always a plus (no mystery stickiness anywhere!). Definitely coming back, if only to try and finally break 100.
