I like this Bowlero so much to see the bowling animation and theme and my favorite Strike Animation is the Satellite shows a green screen of earth finding a X.

Extremely enjoying the Summer Season Pass. Have been able to utilize a few times. Had the pleasure of meeting Jose, an absolute hospitality ambassador at check in. Very good experience, I used Groupon and had a very convenient deal. The staff was very friendly and the place very clean and well maintained. For the cleaning staff I would give extra 5stars, this is what I appreciate the most in the entertainment places.

Angelina is always the best when we Come in! We attended a birthday party there recently and she was ON POINT! Highly recommend Wednesdays for half price arcade and the unlimited special for bowling!!!

We came here for the first time for my friends birthday with a few friends and we really had a great first time experience. Angie truly made it special for the birthday girl. She was so attentive and super sweet!!! We loved having her and had an awesome time! Thank you Angie!!!

Top 5 bowling experiences for families, parties, or large groups. The staff were super helpful when resolving the very few issues we had lane or food related. Overall great time will definitely be bringing our group back!!! Also check Groupon for deals time to time!!

We had such a great and fun experience at Bowlero in Mount Prospect! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. What truly stood out was how accommodating they were with my special needs son. They were patient, kind, and made sure he felt comfortable and included that meant everything to us as a family. We went on a weekend day and it was busy but not overly crowded. The facility itself is very clean, and the lanes are easily accessible, which made moving around stress-free. The atmosphere is fun but not overwhelming, and the staff was happy to answer questions and help us get set up without making us feel rushed. Overall, it was a fantastic outing, and we'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend for families especially if you're looking for a place that truly makes everyone feel welcome.

Nice atmosphere the only thing when I checked in they told me the first game was $10 and everyone after was 50% off but when I finish the person who told me that was not there and the other person charged me $10 per a game. I'm glad I stopped after three game

We hosted a party at Bowlero in Mount Prospect 1/24/2026. From start to finish the staff was great! Our party included guests from ages 2 to 47 and everyone had a great time! One of the little kids decided it was, "the most fun place ever!" We will be back for sure. The chicken tenders were a standout food for the kids and adults. Special recognition for our server, I think his name was Braxton (he definitely introduced himself, I just have a hard time hearing when there is a lot of background noise) and the managers. They were friendly and helpful and very attentive, even when the lanes got busy towards the end of our event. Five stars all around!

Yesterday I went with my family bowling for the very first time. Reservation process was very easy and clear to read and to book. Staff were very helpful, patient and friendly towards us and answer all the question we had. You can buy some food and drinks there too, which is great deal and I actually notice some 8-ball tables and arcade room, which again I'm so excited to try on the next time I'm in there for sure. Definitely coming back for more.

Went on a Friday afternoon and there were only two employees working. By my estimation, it seemed pretty busy and those two were the only ones running the place. They were working very hard, but maintained a positive attitude, were organized and didn’t seem like they kept anyone waiting for long

I rarely leave reviews, but Sam and his co-manager at Bowlero, they both absolutely deserves recognition’s . From the moment we walked in, they set the tone for a smooth, enjoyable night. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly professional. When we had an issue, Sam handled it immediately and with real care. He didn’t brush anything off, he took ownership, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was fixed quickly. You don’t see that level of customer service much anymore. Sam and his associate manager genuinely made our visit better. They checked in on us, made sure the lanes were good, and treated us like actual valued guests. You can tell they takes pride in the place and in their job. Bowlero is lucky to have them. Because of these fine people, we’ll definitely be coming back.
