We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bolero in Norwalk celebrating my daughter’s sixth birthday with our family. The entire facility was extremely clean, everything was working perfectly, the service was quick and efficient, and every employee we dealt with was professional, friendly, and accommodating. A very special thank-you to the manager, Justin, who truly went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special on her birthday. He extended several courtesies to our family and even made special arrangements to put us on Lane 6 for her sixth birthday, a small detail that meant a lot to her and to us. You can always tell when a business is being run properly, and this place clearly has excellent management and a staff that cares about the customer experience. Justin is a tremendous representative for the business and made an already fun family outing that much more memorable. AAA+++ management, service, cleanliness, and overall experience. We will absolutely be back and woul

Our party of 11 came to Bowlero to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Devin and Thalia provided us with exceptional service from the onset of our experience to the very end. They were both incredibly attentive to our table with our food and drinks order. We will definitely be returning and asking for them again!

We just recently had an end of the year get together from my job and had so much fun! I must say the food was very surprisingly tasty. Fried chicken sliders with that great pickle in there was my personal favorite! Shout out to the cook! Staff was very courteous and friendly!

I had a please speaking with Justin. He had provided outstanding service and was very helpful. However our server was busy talking to other customers for a very long time and not doing his job. This is a poor execution in the serving staff. Bowlero needs to make sure their staff does their work as the manager seemed to be doing a ton. Good job to the manager.
