We were invited to join our friend’s kid birthday party here. The kids had a lot of fun, and the party setup was good. One thing needs improvement. After eating, leftover food like chicken bones and the harder parts of pizza stayed on the guest plates. There was no trash can nearby, so guests had to take the plate, walk around to find a trash can, throw everything away, and then come back to eat again. It would be better if Bowlero placed a trash can closer to the party area. Overall, it is a fun place for kids, but the cleanup setup should be improved.

We booked online and our lane was ready when we got there. VERY NICE YOUNG MAN checked us in and was very kind. What a great experience. Thank you all. Our waitress was fast and very kind too. We will be back . Give this place a try i would bet you will have ha good time! Thank you the Colorado Crew

I hosted a birthday party of 15 on a Sunday, I took a chance as a walk in and got there at opening to get 2 lanes.. Judith the manager accommodated us even though they had several parties going on. Although we didn't book ours as an event, they still gave us equally great service. Our server was Leslie and she really took care of us. She even found marquee letters to spell my husband's name! No one rushed us, they let us bring our own cake and even gave us plates & utensils. The drinks were good and the food was excellent for a bowling alley! We had 4 orders of nachos! plus wings, chicken tenders, hummus, everything great! The bowling alley is clean & modern with a great vibe and solid management. I want to come here more often!

Such a fun experience for our family! Beyond having a blast bowling, We experienced wonderful customer service from Tristen E. who went above & beyond to help us. Great mid-week outing or date night. Grab drinks at the bar grab your shoes and bowl while listening to music and laughing at your crews' gutter balls. Plenty parking. Nearby movie theaters shopping and dining.

Service was efficient and fast, our server was great and on top of her game. We even got to meet a couple managers throughout our time there which was a nice touch. 10/10 would come back, food was also delicious.

Bowling isn't my strongest skill, but this place turned it into a genuinely fun night out. Even when it's busy, the atmosphere stays upbeat and well organized, and the staff keeps things moving smothly. The lanes are clean, the lighting and music add to the energy, and there's a good selction of equipment that makes the game comfortable for all skill levels. I also liked having the option to mix bowling with arcade games and easy food options without feeling rushed. Its a solid spot for a casual date or hanging out with friends, and overall it delivers a polished, entertaining experience that's worth coming back for.

Stumbled into this bowling allay. It was not busy, only waited around 15 minutes and got our lane. The place was really clean and the vibe was uplifting. We planned just to kill some time , but at the end it was so much fun , we ended having second round of game. Highly recommend this place!

Good fun place for families to go bowling. We went on the night before Thanksgiving and it was a little pricier than I would have expected. It was a great time for taking our kids bowling for their very first time. We could easily set up bumpers and they had the ramp that they could roll the ball down. We did have a bit of a week, however, we just hopped over to Bar Louie to grab dinner while we had to wait.

I'm awful at bowling, but Bowlero was a fun place for date night. My boyfriend and I came on a Friday night so there was quite a bit of a wait. I'd definitely recommend making reservations online to avoid the wait, but it really wasn't that bad. The service was excellent and the vibes were great. You can have the bumpers on or off, but we kept them off. There's lots of bowling balls to choose from to make the experience better for players who might need a lighter or heavier ball. We only came for a round of bowling, but they also have some arcade games as well as small bites and drinks.

Employees kept checking on our group, topped off drinks, cleaned up glasses and plates as we bowled. Atmosphere was festive and clean. Perfect place for coworkers to let off some steam!

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We went 2 hours before our booked slot and they helped us switch to the earlier available empty lanes. It is very big with 30 lanes and various options for food, snacks and drinks. We enjoyed a lot and I highly recommend it.

I brought my team to Bowlero in Tustin for an early holiday outing, and Ashley, the manager, made the entire experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, attentive, and committed to ensuring we had a fantastic time. Despite how busy the venue was, Ashley consistently checked in on us keeping our drinks topped off, making sure we were well fed, and ensuring the bowling experience stayed fun and stress free. She even surprised us with a delicious dessert recommendation to end the night on a high note. What really stood out was the way she balanced everything effortlessly. Even with a packed house, Ashley went above and beyond not only for our group, but for the guests around us as well.
