We were visiting Marlborough over the long weekend and decided to spend a couple of hours bowling at Bowlero. As we arrived early, it wasn't too busy, which made for a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. The staff member looking after us was exceptionally friendly and attentive, even bringing us ice water while we were playing. The venue itself is spacious and well maintained, and we happily spent around two hours there. As we were about to leave, he surprised us with an envelope containing a kind note and a couple of vouchers for future games, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Highly recommended if you're in the Worcester or Marlborough area and looking for a fun way to spend a few hours.

Bowling is the new way to a. getaway, b. burn off stress, c. exercise, d. be alone or socialize. (pick one or more) and Bowlero Shrewsbury has been a 'pretty good experience'. I say that because obviously, the older the bowling alley, the more structural challenges expected BUT the staff I've met, (Aaron, good guy) is very, very nice, listens & tries to accommodate. Breathing new life into the place starts with new people and ideas and just meeting a new manager, Mike, I can tell he's the right fit. He's customer-focused, wants to help learn , wants to fix what needs fixing, wants everyone to have a great experience.

Been there a few times. One with family, 2x for kids bday party. Definitely recommend. Pizza was great, chicken wings were excellent, the kids loved it. Juices were so refreshing. Definitely recommend.

Had such an amazing experience with Kaiya as my sever! Drinks were amazing and the food came fast! Took my kids bowling, they had such a blast! We definitely will be returning:) Oh and I believe the chefs name was John! Great staff!

it was a lot of fun. the bowling alley has guards for kids and the ball roller thing. out lane kept glitching the the staff was more then helpful and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. even tho i was more than understanding. the funnel french fries are bomb the pretzels with queso are fire too. the he only thing i will say is it is expensive. we spent over $100 just for two people to bowl.

I enjoy coming here, there are some technical issues with the lanes but the mechanics do a great job of keeping up with it I really enjoy going to the bar and having conversations with the staff Abby is the best bartender

So, our regular Saturday bowling dates turned into joining a league! Last night was the beginning of our spring league and Ziggy, one of the most awesome people who works there, took the reins to get things going, starting with a meeting and going over exactly how things are going to work. This woman is GOOD! She’s friendly and helpful and oh so knowledgeable! She drew us in with her smile and always makes us feel welcome. She keeps us coming back for more! Bowlero is lucky to have her! Come bowling at Bowlero - it’s fun!! UPDATE: I'm sad to say that since Ziggy and Matt have left Bowlero, things have really gone downhill. The new people are trying, but they're just not getting it. Our league never starts on time, the stats on the app are never updated and the bathrooms are always so messy with toilet paper everywhere! It was never like this. Makes me sad because it really was one of our happy places and now it's just ok. I will say, though, that the one saving grace is that we lov

Aaron and his team are amazing and always welcoming. Garret always makes the best drinks at the bar. We’ve had our kids birthdays here and come to bowl and play at the arcade. Always a fun time! Definitely recommend!!!

I have been coming to Bowlero for several years, and will continue. I always have fun bowling and the service at the bar with Abby is a delight. Well done Abby. Other improvements can be made to improve lanes and customer service. I always have feedback and ideas.
