Unfortunately, I have to totally revamp my review because my experience lately has been pretty bad. I’ve been here enough to understand that the service is very poor. It’s hard to get servers to come take your order or even provide drinks. My girlfriend felt super offended and uncomfortable when she went to the bar to try to order some drinks. No one was there so she went and flagged down an employee who just gave her attitude and dismissed her. Then today on May 14 I need to desperately bowl for my league coming up and with 40 lanes available and after an hour of being open the system was down. So yeah I had to take my five star back and give you a two star because the experience has went down. Therefore, the review has to go down.

It was great. The staff was Wonderful. The price was cheaper for night strike than what we saw online. Me and my kids had so much fun. There was a lot of space not crowded and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We will definitely be going back. Oh and the food was great!

I visited this Bowlero while in town celebrating the holidays with my partners family and had a great time. My boyfriend's father is a serious bowler so they really take the game seriously, as I just try not to get my ball in the gutter. This Bowlero is huge and offers a parking lot that can hold all of the guests they have coming in. Checking in and getting our lanes was super smooth and quick, the guys at the counter were very kind and helpful - a great first impression! The bowling alley itself was really clean, buzzing with guests and although the building was a bit dated, I could see the upgrades they've made. Along with the huge tvs playing music videos and sports, they offered a bar, a concession stand and a small arcade. We only had one little one with us and got an arcade card for him to enjoy. Unfortunately, he wasn't super impressed by the arcade but it provided him with a few minutes of fun. The drinks available were surprisingly diverse and tasty! The concession stand offered the basics, pizza, wings, etc. The guy behind the counter was hilarious and ready to get off of work, but he was a trip lol. He put a rush on our order and made sure that we were set before he left. The wings were not anything to write home about, lol, but they worked. The pizza was better than I expected!! And when they made a mistake preparing an extra pie, they gave it to us at half price. We love to see it. Our only hiccup was that our bowling balls kept getting stuck! I'm not sure how we ended up with the fluke lane lol but the team members onsite were quick to fix them each time. A fun visit, especially because I didn't fail miserably at the game this time!

We had a quick 13th birthday party before the Superbowl and it was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. As far as I and my sister was concerned the funnel cake fries are to die for ??. Thanks Bowlero

Good bowling alley 40 lanes. Not my go to bowling alley but it is always open and has lane space whenever I need it. Same amount of lanes as amf university but not as busy. University is always crowded and filled with leagues whenever the solo bowler like me wants to go. Bowlero matthews is too expensive as well. Boulevard is very spacious as well. If you have your own balls but don't bowl in league, I recommend going here or university and not matthews because they'll try to put you in the back on unmaintained lanes. Looks like boulevard maintains all their lanes and you just have to luck out or be better. Would rate 5 stars but i didn't luck out last time i was there

On NYE I was able to get a party of 10 with two adjacent lanes with no problem. This was Wednesday at 6 PM. We're not avid bowlers by any means, but the equipment, lanes, etc. seemed to be kept in good condition. We had decent food and had a lot of fun bowling! The arcade is small but nothing was out of order. I thought it was cute too that the staff dressed up for the New Year. All in all, great experience.

Christmas day visitor. Have gone there a number of years in a row staff friendly, tap beer, full-ish bar, for bowling it's pretty great.

Guess we went on league night because the place was packed. Otherwise it was nice bowling alley, decent food you'd expect at a bowling alley, good beer. Was a fun time. Lane might have not been level because my balls kept going into gutter

We came here out of town with our daughters for one of their birthdays and we had an absolute blast! The staff was so friendly, attentive, responsive and helpful and really gave the girls the best time. 10/10 would recommend

We had my daughter's birthday party here and it was wonderful! Mike, the manager, was incredible and made my daughter feel so special on her birthday even giving her a hand written card! The attention to detail was top notch. Could not recommend this place more for a kids birthday party! Excellent all around!

Attended an 8th birthday party of a friend and it was a great experience. Mike and Stacy did a wonderful job and there was so much attention to detail, including a bowling pin for the party guests to sign, a hand written birthday card, unlimited food, and a decorated table for the food and presents. The environment was clean and nice, and the kids had a great time bowling and playing the arcade. Definitely recommend for a party!
