The food is surprisingly good for a bowling alley. I really like the pizza and the ultimate sampler. The burgers are bomb too. The lanes could use a little TLC but its nostalgic. Bartender Amy is so sweet and always attentive

This alley is super spacious and the air conditioning is running nice and cold. The arcade has ice ball (similar to Skee Ball, but with plastic balls), other ticket earning games and several video games. We used our summer passes yesterday and Zoie was so helpful. I'm going to return for the remainder of the summer to this location because it's nice and cool. I also hope to see Zoie again as she ensured that we had a great experience and when we exited she asked how our time bowling was.

I brought my camper today and we had a wonderful time, they were so accommodating and very professional and on top of our group, Morgan , the rep, was in touch and reachable beforehand as well! I also loved that it was not to overstimulating of an experience (no crazy screens, music or lights). Highly recommend!

This has absolutely become our home lane! Above all, the staff is amazing. Xander, Brian, Amy, and Manny (among others) always take incredible care of us and make every visit great. At a lot of bowling alleys you get assigned a lane and then you’re forgotten about. Not here. They check in on us, ask about the lane conditions, and even put the game we want on the TVs. We literally pass another bowling alley just to come here and that should say it all. Thanks for always taking such great care of us!

Heather Ridge Bowlero is a great place to bowl!! I highly recommend it! Their staff is amazing! Always accommodating our needs! Xander is great with always checking in. Amy, Manny, and Bryan are great with making sure drinks and food is served in a timely manner!!

We came in with a group of 7, and since there was a league going on, there was only one lane available at first. We were ready to make it work, but one of the staff members quickly arranged two open lanes for us instead. Thanks to their quick help and great customer service, we were able to play comfortably and had such a fun time. Really appreciate the effort they made for our group. We’ll definitely be back!
