We had a great time at Bowlero at Dolphin Mall! The atmosphere was fun, the lanes were great, and the service made the experience even better. Brendan, our server, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Great service and lots of fun. We’ll definitely be back!

Had the best time! My boyfriend and I came here today for a Sunday date and the manager Oldania Pena was so helpful and amazing! The customer service was 10/10 and we will definitely be coming back

We had such a great experience at Bowlero! Sophia, our waitress, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Caren, the manager, was also wonderful and made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Their excellent customer service really made our experience even better. Thank you, Sophia and Caren! Caren and Sophie outstanding service. From the moment we walked in we were promptly greeted and escorted us to our bowling lane which was super cool. The decor, the TVs showing and playing good music, the bar neat and very organized. The shoes super clean!!! Every where I looked was filled with joy and excitement! I ordered the smash burger with home made cut crispy French fries, my girl had the DEEEELICIOUS chicken tenders with an incredible honey mustard that was to die for OMG!!! KIT-KAT MILKSHAKE!!!! Nuff said!!!! Sophie you were amazing, courteous very well knowledgeable on the menu and your recommendations on the food were excellent! Caren(manager) assured all went well with our visit at Bowlero. The lanes were so bright and magnificent and so many beautiful bowling ball’s to pick from. I had fun. Check it out you’ll have a blast. I did!!! Ask for Sophie!!

Went out for a fun night with friends and decided to try this bowling alley, and it turned out to be a great time from start to finish. The lanes were clean and well maintained, and we didn't have any issues with the equipment or scoring system, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle free. Shoe rental was quick and easy, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and got us set up on a lane without much of a wait, even though it was fairly busy on a weekend night. We ended up playing a couple of games and the atmosphere was fun and lively without feeling too chaotic. We also grabbed some food and drinks while we played, and the menu had a solid variety, classic bar food done well, and it was nice being able to order right to the lane instead of having to step away from the game. The music and lighting added to the overall vibe, definitely more of a fun, energetic spot than a super quiet traditional bowling alley, which worked well for our group. Prices were reasonable too

Went on a Monday night and the place was pretty empty. Had two hours of bowling. I wish that your time was shown on the screen and not just five minutes before the game was over. Purchase a Groupon the day before to cut costs.

Came here for my birthday, and it was so fun! Making reservations was very easy, and the staff + servers were all very friendly and helpful. There is a surprising variety of bowling ball sizes, which is perfect for more petite people like me. The food came quickly, and it tasted great!! Great place for last minute casual outings, and/or if you want a light dinner with something fun.

It was a guy night and I was able to reserve the lane for 2 hours which was great. They were already waiting for us with a sign and our personal server. The ambiance was great and we had plenty of seats and the food was good. Definitely enjoyed the service and the food. Good selection of drinks and we tried their burger and wings. The only thing I didn't like was the bowling pings were held by strings. So sometimes it was hard to get a strike. Not the biggest issue but not my preference. Which is why I gave them 4 stars. . Other than that we loved this location.

My group had a last minute reservation and a lot of additional people show up. We had amazing service from everyone, but Nicollette went above and beyond with making the reservations happen which made everything so much smoother. Really happy with the service and attention we got.

The food was pretty expensive and the bowling score thing was the old ones they use, not the newer easier screen type . It was fun and the staff were really nice! Just not the BEST bowling alley.
