We went in the early afternoon on 7/21/26. The manager(s) and staff had exceptional customer service. We are very pleased with our experience here. The facility was very clean, all the games worked. We were assisted right away when we needed help. Great experience.

I came with a large group of 40+ people and we were accommodated wonderfully. The food was surprisingly high quality for a bowling alley and there was more than enough for all of us. The lanes and floors were high quality and the shoes were as well. The arcade had a limited amount of games, however, and some were rather expensive. Despite this, the claw machines were not manipulated, as many usually are, and it was quite easy to win a prize. Overall, I would give Bowlero four out of five stars. This place was very nice, but not exceptional.

One of the few bowling alleys to offer "boutique bowling" but unlike LS Timonium has untethered bowling pins, has leagues (usually small and unsanctioned), and bowlers have a better chance at a 200 game. Open play is plentiful but typically close to "Cosmic Bowling". A few times, this place is closed for big parties and organizational events. Staff can be busy serving customers at times but does its best.

We hosted a birthday party with 14 guests and ordered four pizzas along with several soda pitchers. The food came out quickly, everything tasted great, and there was plenty to go around. The staff kept things running smoothly, and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the celebration. The space itself was very clean, comfortable, and clearly well managed, which added to the overall experience. However, one major downside was that all 12 televisions were on with no captions available. For a place that otherwise pays attention to detail, this was very disappointing. It made it harder for some guests to follow what was on and took away from an otherwise excellent visit.

Liz? the manager was friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place to all ages. They are kid friendly, has an arcade, bar and fresh hot food.

Great spot to go bowling!! The lanes were smooth and well balanced!! I couldn’t stop getting strikes!! Was a bit dim in there but that’s fine cuz it’s supposed to be fancy when there’s less light (that’s what my fancy friend from Toms River told me)! Drinks were a fortune and to be quite honest this place could have lowered the price for bowling too! But overall I had a great experience here! They also have arcades here but not too many.

We have been to this location several times. I feel like the experience is average for what to expect from a bowling alley but the food is a 4/5. Always hot and cooked appropriately.

I just want to thank Jermaine and staff for being so amazing to my family and I during our night out at the bowling alley! From the moment we arrived Kris took great care of us when checking us in, Q was a fantastic sever and was prompt with service and assistance to our table and Jermaine made us feel like we mattered during our visit. Lots of smiles, fun, jokes, and great hospitality! The energy of the staff was a definite reflection of the manager. We were treated like family rather than a customer. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time as a family here on Saturday. The kids loved the arcade. Everything was smooth and the stuff was very helpful and attentive. Ellie in the food area was so amazing. She checked on us and remembered all our orders. We cannot wait to come back. Looks like a great place to have a party too!!

12 family members, 2 lanes , what fun. The Bowlero at Pikesville was entertaining and the staff was great. Our only complaint would be, the seating is very tight, it changed from the way it used to be. Now, you are right up on whomever is bowling next to you and even getting around your own group was challenging. Oh also some of the bowling balls may need to be replaced due to craters and chips, causing unpredictable ball motion. Yeah some regular bowlers bring their own ball but those of us that bowl for fun would still like a good ball too .Blacked out faces as I did not have their permission to post, however the picture shows how everyone is right on top of each other regarding seating.

The Good: Bowling is always fun Nice arcade with good variety Delicious Food Friendly customer service most of the time Needs Improvement: Food wait times can be a bit long Customer service can be hit or miss depending on the day Overall, I enjoy this location, which is why we keep coming back. It's a fun spot for bowling, games, and food with a good atmosphere.
