We had an AMAZING time here. I don’t normally do reviews, but the ladies here we just so accommodating for us. From check in to ordering our food and drinks - special shoutout to the manager, Donna. She personally assisted us the entire night. She recommended the best deal, got us all coupons, and told us what the best drinks were. We felt like we were VIP members and this was our first time here. We will definitely be back to see the smiling faces. Everything was just amazing.

The manager is so nice. She stopped her very busy tasks and personally baked me, and hand delivered a warm savory jumbo chocolate chip cookie. This is the best cookie I have ever had in my life. I recommend asking for Donna when you come here.

Come see Addy at Bowlero for some fantastic drinks and food, she is the nicest bartender, truly brings the drinks to your table with a smile and not a grumpy face ever any time we come to this Bowlero. Tip your bartender-cashier Addy, she is awesome!!! Also, the General Manager Jennifer who has just been there a few months always knows how to solve the problems and organize lanes, she even comped us extra time (a whole half hour) to be flexible and move lanes when we were in our first frame, she is also so welcoming and smiling. Also don't forget the nicest check in service you can get is at Bowlero Southside, friendly looks you in the eyes and with a big smile makes us happy to come. She is that nice, every time we come here. That is what I call fun and welcoming. Check in with Nivea at the front. Come on over and have a great time!!!! We benefit from booking online, never have to wait believe it or not. What a great Sunday.

Donna and her team are amazing!

I am a league bowler at Bowlero Southside and can say that Donna is A1 when it comes to making sure we are taken care of from customer service to overall experience! We can definitely tell when Donna is in the building because she makes sure her team is courteous, attentive, and efficient. League bowling can be intense at times so making sure our concession orders are right and lanes are running smoothly is a priority that she ensures are taken care of. Thank you Donna!
