First time visiting this business. Walked around and looked at the lanes looked nice and clean. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Went to the front counter 3 gentleman were present. Not one of them acknowledged me standing there at ALL. They had a conversation among themselves like I was not standing there. Then one answered the phone and the other 2 men just walked off and left me standing there. Not a we will be right with you not a hello. Nothing just crickets. So I left questions about joining a league not answered. Very disappointed I will not return. Came highly recommended. Update within 24hrs of posting this review I had multiple representatives reaching out to me, which I found outstanding. After communicating with the manager of the location. I had the issue resolved with fast response. And I will return here in the near future. Get job done by all who reached out after I posted the poor review. Great attention to customer service.

Went bowling Wednesday evening after 830 pm and finally for once wasn't that busy and their bowl 2 games and 3rd 50% off was great deal we had fun

Went bowling with my better half and my five week old son. We used the summer pass which includes two free games and shoes for $40 for 3 months! The staff was very kind and attentive and cannot wait to use this pass all summer.

We had a great time despite our reservation being pushed back an hour later. The staff were friendly and very helpful especially when one of our lanes kept having issues.

Spring break bowling is so fun! So many specials, we went for the all you can bowl for $12.99 per person which included shoes, until 5:00 p.m. The staff was friendly, food was terrific, we are definitely going back!

We are big bowlers and I really enjoy this house. For a Bowlero it's not like other Bowleros and that's a plus for me. For other bowlers, my review is not in reference to lane conditions. My kids do a lot of tournaments in many different bowling alleys and adjusting to lanes comes with the territory. For me this bowling alley has great staff, great practices, clean facilities. They don't charge for water, which trust me, is unusual. They don't charge for refills; again, unusual. They have a really good youth bowling program. I just can't say enough good things.
