I came here tonight to celebrate my son‘s birthday and my waiter. Kenny was amazing. He had very professional. He was on top of it. Never ever waited for nothing always checked out to make sure we was OK. I get that kid 100 stars plus one great job. It’s good to see good customer service nowadays.

Thanks to the staff at JBs tonight they were beyond helpful and took care of my family needs we came in to celebrate my cousin 57th birthday with a family night of bowling fun and you all exceeded our expectations we had an amazing time thanks you all the help and being patient with us as we got everyone in and settled on lanes and ordered food! We definitely appreciated you all and we will be back soon

We had a great time bowling. The only issue is they seemed short handed and they don’t acknowledge you when you’re waiting at the bar for over 10 minutes just to order some food. Other than that we had fun.

I have been to two children's birthday partys here, and the kids all had a great time. Food was good, and the area was clean. Ending with some time in the arcade was perfect.

This was the most exciting afternoon we have experienced in a bowling alley as we provide entertainment for our grandchild. It was very inviting, visually clean and the air was fresh. The arcade was completely functional. Restrooms clean. The menu was reasonably priced. Best knowledgeable and service oriented staff we have encountered at an afternoon entertainment venue!

This is my go to bowling alley in Milwaukee. They have great deals during the week, and the pizza is very tasty. The staff is always kind and responsive. Ashley, the operating manager, and her team do a great job!

Don't get me wrong. This is a nice bowling house. The vibe just different than what I'm used to. It's definitely built for fun,(ie: group open bowling); the interior feels like if someone wanted to rent it out you could definitely get the upscale look and feel of a proper club. It's a nice joint.

Went for my daughter's friend's birthday party. The alley was clean and smelt good. The pizzas and food they served was great. The kids loved the arcade area. The manager Ashley was helpful as well. Would definitely return again!

Everything was great... it was just towards the end when the scores and pins were not doing rt. They fixed it as soon as we told them. Staff were polite and clean environment...
