Bowlmor AMF Brings Bowling’s Hippest Brand to Northern California
San Jose, Calif., November 1, 2016 – Bowlmor AMF, the world leader in bowling entertainment, is proud to announce the reopening of Bowlmor San Jose as Bowlero, the area’s newest and coolest destination for innovative fun. Coming to Silicon Valley in early-November, Bowlero San Jose will blend inventive amusements, upscale amenities, inspired eats, and a retro-chic vibe to create the ultimate setting for everything from birthdays and first dates to private parties and unforgettable corporate events.
Located on Thornwood Drive in San Jose, the newly renovated, 50,000-square-foot venue will feature 59 lanes of blacklight bowling, an interactive arcade, and a high-end sports bar and dining area. The location’s hipster-inspired décor and trendy wall art convey an aura of classic cool and old-school Americana, accented with vintage Edison light fixtures, antler “trophies” made from repurposed metal exhaust pipes, and a bright neon “BOWL” sign that beckons from above the bar.
“Bowlmor San Jose has been a local hotspot for bowling and nightlife in Silicon Valley for years,” said Tom Shannon, CEO of Bowlmor AMF. “We’re thrilled to be able to bring Bowlero to this community and to provide local residents with a truly original, world-class experience.”
