Our non-profit organization had an event here today, for about 100-125 people, and let’s just say it was a total success. The event manager, Brandon, was so helpful when it came to planning our event these past few months, and making sure things ran smoothly all day today. He was not even scheduled to work today, but purposely changed his plans around, and came in just to make sure we were taken care of—I mean I can’t imagine better service than that!! Our event room was already set up upon arrival, the food he suggested ended up being plenty (also very tasty), bowling lanes and arcade scene were both top notch, and everyone invited had an absolute blast. This place is a 10/10 for events, but truthfully, the service and having Brandon help us plan things out made our experience way beyond a 10/10. Because of him, and his team, we will be back for years to come! What a great staff, and what a great time! Thank yall!

Fun place for date night or kids' birthday parties. Depending on who you get as your party coordinator, they can be super nice or nonexistent (some parties, we can't find them! as we're trying to transition to the birthday cake or laser tag!). If you get a good party coordinator, they keep coming to check on your party and your guests, they help transition smoothly between bowling, cake, laser tags, game cards, gifts, etc. They changed many of their games so you don't get as many tickets as rewards anymore. But they introduced several new games like the HUGE claw machine that gives you a direct prize instead of ticket rolls! (the ticket roll claw machine is still there, though). For kids parties, you don't have to just order kids food, they can provide real food, instead of the standard pizza and fries.

Lina in prize vault was very wonderful. She had awesome customer service. She was polite, friendly and most of all a delightful person. I would recommend this place and if you run into her she’ll make sure to get you right.

For this of you who enjoy going the Dave and Busters or Main Event, Maverick's is way superior. Better food, better food, and more family oriented. I definitely will be returning with mine.

Probably the nicest bowling alley I've ever been to. So much more than just bowling , gaming areas with pool tables, private event areas and awesome bars. I can't say I'm a bowler but I definitely recommend this place and will bring back my family and friends.

Had an awesome night here at Mavrix. Jaylee at the front desk was at the front, she had a very welcoming smile! There was a few people ahead of me, and what looked like Jaylee dealing with the front alone, but when I got up to the register she profusely apologized for the wait. No biggie here! She was very kind, the place is fun!

Lilly was such a joy to be the first point of contact when entering for our first time. She has an infectious smile and was so welcoming. She answered all our questions and directed us on what our best options for the day were. Brandon and Abby were also wonderful! Great experience all around. We will definitely be back solely due to the hospitality of these employees!!! It’s rare to find now! Thank you Lilly, Brandon & Abby!!!

This place always delights! Jessica was a tentative server and made sure my wife were taken care of throughout. One piece of feedback, be sure to stay on top of the restroom checks. Other than that, everything else was great.
