TOMMY JONES WINS IT ALL!
Congratulations to PBA Pro Bowler Tommy Jones, winner of the third Bowlero Elite Series tournament! Jones prevailed over bowling superstar Jason Belmonte in the Pro Semifinals and bowled a 266 in the title match to defeat Bowlero Corp League Bowler Garrett Shovan and win the top prize of $100,000! Newly elected to the Hall of Fame, Jones becomes the second pro to win the title in BES history.
GARRETT SHOVAN TOPS THE LEAGUE BRACKET
Bowlero Corp League Bowler Garrett Shovan swept the amateur field to advance to the BES championship round. A marketing professional from Denver, CO, Shovan defeated reigning BES Champion Luis Gonzalez in the League Bowler Semifinals, securing his spot in the title match and bowling a 200 against Jones—a PBA veteran who’s been named one of the 50 Greatest Bowlers in PBA History!
